As the 13th Sep 2021 the Agenda for Change (AfC) (NHS Terms & Conditions) Flexible Working Policy (England), Section (Sect) 33 changes. 
The new Sect 33 will, in summary, provide for:
1. A contractual right to request flexible working from day one of employment.
2. No limit on the number of requests and the right to make them regardless of the reason
